Kindly note that there will be light floor exercises during the Childbirth Education Course. Please select a date (for Practical Class) that is after the 20th week of your pregnancy.

For your convenience you may attend any of our Theory Classes via Zoom (every first Saturday of the month). You will also have free access to our E-Learning platform!
