How long does the membership last?

The FBI/SBI membership is valid for two years from the application date, which means your newborn and you will continue to enjoy post-natal healthcare at preferred rates after delivery. You may sign up anytime before you are admitted to Thomson Medical Centre for delivery.

When will I get my membership card?

The card will be mailed to your home address within 7 to 10 working days.

In the meantime, you can enjoy the member's benefits by showing your FBI/SBI receipt as a method of identification.

How do I get my Welcome Gift Bag?

You can collect your welcome gift Bag at:

Location: Thomson Medical Centre, Information Counter, Level 1

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays

Please bring your collection slip when collecting your welcome gift bag, as it is required for verification.
