What is the card validity?

The FBI and SBI memberships are valid for two years from the application date, which means your newborn and you will continue to enjoy post-natal healthcare at preferred rates after delivery. You may sign up anytime before you are admitted to Thomson Medical Centre for delivery.

When do I get my card?

The card will be mailed to your home address within 7 to 10 working days.

In the meantime, how do I enjoy my privileges?

Please start using the services and enjoy the privileges by showing your FBI/SBI receipt as a method of identification.

Where do I get my goodie bag?

Please call the FBI/SBI Member Hotline at 6358 0055 / 6350 8876 one day in advance to make arrangement for collection at Thomson Medical Centre, Information Counter, Level 1, on Mon-Fri 8:30am – 4:30pm and Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm.
